Consultation / Visit
JONCEN PHI SALON offers comprehensive master education to its designers; however, each designer may possess unique techniques and skills based on their background. Our consultation process is of utmost importance for all services.
We offer complimentary consultations with any scheduled service appointment, or a non-refundable deposit of $25 without a scheduled service appointment. Please note that online service prices reflect starting prices and service durations are estimates.
During the consultation, JPS will provide precise price estimates and/or quotes. Our designers may refuse service, recommend another master designer at JPS to meet your needs, or reschedule to ensure proper service duration.
Please be advised that due to the high demand for our services, all scheduled appointments require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellations and/or rescheduling. It is important to note that regular instances of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours will require the provision of a credit card on file to facilitate rebooking.
Please further note that failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a fee of $25. In addition, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee of $25 will be charged.

JPS places great value on our guests and strives to offer world-class service during every visit. However, we regret to inform you that we do not offer any refunds on salon services.
In the event that a guest is dissatisfied with the result, experience, and/or the process of the service, JONCEN PHI SALON is pleased to offer a complimentary re-do within 14 days from the original time of visit. The guest may choose to receive an in-store credit to use towards the original designer or our leadership team will recommend alternative designers for the re-do.
In-store credit may be utilized beyond the 14-day time frame and does not expire. We appreciate your patronage and strive to ensure that our services meet and exceed your expectations.
Any salon retail products purchased from JONCEN PHI SALON may be exchanged or returned for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. It is essential to understand that we do not offer refunds on retail products, but we assure you of our commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

At Joncen Phi Salon, our aim is to provide clients with an accurate estimate of the total cost for your desired "look," which may include both, the hair and installation during your consultation.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee precise hair weight, measurement, and/or length.
During the extension process, adjustments may be necessary in areas such as length, color/s, technique, measurements, and other variables.
