Joncen Phi Salon Policies

To better protect our company, team members and guests, please review our policies and standards.

Consultation / Visit

Please understand that JONCEN PHI SALON provides extensive master education, but every designer obtains different background techniques and skills. The consultation is our most important process to any service.

Consultations are complimentary with any scheduled service appointment/s or $25 non-refundable deposit without a scheduled service appointment. 

Online service prices are all starting prices.
Duration of services are also estimates.

JPS will provide accurate price estimates and/or price quotes in person and during time of consultation.

Our designers may refuse service, reschedule for proper service duration, and/or recommend another master designer at JPS to satisfy the design.


Cancellation

Due to high demand, all scheduled appointments require a 24 hour minimum notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling.

Regular habits of cancellation/rescheduling under 24 hours will require a card on file to rebook.

Cancellation/rescheduling under 24 hours will result in a $25 fee.
No-Show will result in a $25 fee.


Refund Policy

JPS values our guests and believes in providing world-class-service during every visit. Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds on salon services. 

If a guest is unsatisfied with the result, experience, and/or the process, JONCEN PHI SALON will provide a complimentary re-do within 14 days from original time of visit. 

The guest may receive a JONCEN PHI SALON in-store credit to use towards the original designer or our leadership team will designate recommended designers to re-do. The in-store credit may be used outside of the 14 days time frame and does not expire.

Salon Retail

All salon retail products may be exchanged and/or returned for JPS in-store credit within 30 days.

Our company will not provide refunds on retail products.

Extension Policy

Extension hair purchased at JPS is non-refundable. 

New Client Installation: 
  • Hair in stock or ordered by JPS must be paid in full to schedule an installation appointment
  • A 25% deposit for installation service is required 

Returning Client Installation:
  • A 25% deposit for installation service is required



JPS In-Store Credit

JPS in-store credit may be applied towards services and products.
The in-store credit is nontransferable, does not expire and may not be converted to cash. 
Guests may purchase JPS gift cards with the in-store credit.
