Starting May 8th, Joncen Phi Salon will return to service while following the CDC & OSHA guidelines. Joncen Phi Salon updated policies and standards to provide the highest level of safety for the team, clients & public. As we are all eager to be back in the salon; please remember that platinum standards will be implemented. Please understand that we must work together to stay safe during this pandemic. Although JPS sanitation/disinfecting standards are high on a daily, we are taking the initiative to elevate from our current standards. We are a Barbicide certified salon. Please be patient while we overcome this together.
Before time of arrival: If any clients do not feel well, our salon will conveniently reschedule the clients appointment to a later date with no cancellation penalties. We do encourage clients to examine their temperature prior to their appointment. Please feel free to contact the salon for any questions and/or concerns. The team will thoroughly cleanse, disinfect and/or sanitize the premise prior to opening the business.
During time of arrival: As our waiting area remains temporarily closed, please call our salon to check in so we can freshly prep the work area prior to arrival. We kindly ask all clients to remain in their vehicles until the designer is ready. [With highest level of medical grade cleaning products, extra precautions may slightly take a few additional minutes] The designer will be in protective gear with cleansed hands and hand sanitizer ready. All clients are required to wear a face mask upon entering the salon. [Clients may purchase a disposable mask for $2]
Due to higher levels of professional disinfecting/sanitizing products, protocols and disposable goods, a temporary fee of $1.25 will be added to each service.
During time of service: Your designated designer will thoroughly sanitize/disinfect all the materials prior, during and after every client. The salon staff will be implementing a minimum of 6 foot distancing, as much as possible. Our team will actively sanitize, disinfect and clean the surrounding areas within the premise to insure the highest level of cleanliness. Hand sanitizer will be provided to use at any time and our team members will cleanse their hands with anti-bacterial soap before, during and after every appointment.
During time of check-out: Our front desk team will be in protective gear behind the reception desk. The front desk team will disinfect/sanitize the client's POS screen before & after every check-out with hand sanitizer ready. [Clients may request non-contact check outs] We encourage clients to pre-book their appointments to ensure availability due to wide spread in schedule. Upon exiting, the team member will ALSO sanitize/disinfect the counters and doors prior & after every client.
After hours at JPS: Each night, the salon will be performing intense cleaning/sanitizing/disinfecting duties to provide the highest level of safety possible. Joncen Phi Salon is using high grade professional/medical products to align with JPS standards. Once a week after the intense daily duties, we will FULLY go through the entire premise with proper ventilation running-over the after business hours weekend. JPS will follow-up daily with every team members to check up on their health status.
